DESCRIPTIONLand of the Free? Is a concept book on prisons in California, and in the US. The book is meant to display the number of prisoners in the state. The entire book is a block of single sheets of paper that list the names of all the prisoners in California as of November 2016, when the book was made. The color of the pages change and they represent the percentage of each race listed on the cover.
